We're a group of skaters based in Sydney, Australia who love skating but got tired of paying huge prices to get hold of good skateboards and skateboarding gear. We thought that there has to be a better way and there is. So six years ago, we formed our own skate company and the rest is history. We partner with local skateboard manufacturers to bring you the best skate hardware value available.

Our Philosophy

• Quality: All of our products use the best quality materials (such as imported Canadian Maple) and the latest in truck, wheel and bearing designs.

• Value: We're believers in the internet distribution model and we leverage it in our business to bring you the best prices. We ship our products direct from our Sydney warehouse. This means that we don't pay a margin to a retail shop, we don't pay for a marketing manager or a sales manager or magazine advertisements or a distributor and so on. This is the distribution model of the future - direct from the factory to the customer via the web - and you get the benefit.

• The best brands: We carefully select our suppliers based on the quality of their products. Our emphasis is on leading skate hardware design rather than marketing.

• Easy to order: We've tried to make the site easy to navigate and the ordering process as simple as possible. We're constantly working to improve it - we've recently installed a one-page checkout system so that you can enter all your purchasing details in a single form.

• Clear Communication: When you place an order on our site, you will immediately receive a purchase confirmation email. We may send you a brief email a bit later checking that everything is ok. We only send brief, timely messages with information to help you (no spam). We give you the option to sign up for our newsletter that contains new product info and special offers - we send something every month or two.

For Wakeskating fans, we've just introduced an updated version of the Vault Wakeskate that was so popular last summer.

• Customer involvement: We've built a loyal and growing band of happy customers and we love hearing from you guys. Many of the ideas for our site and product selections are based on customer feedback. Some of the products we've added recently have been designed with input from our customers. We send all our shipments with Australia Post's eParcel courier services and we'll usually have the shipment in your hands within a few business days of ordering. (Even faster if you live in Sydney - a few days extra if you're in WA).
