How much is delivery?

Delivery is free across Australia and New Zealand for all skateboards, longboards, decks and parts.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We can usually ship to Sydney within 2-3 business days and Melbourne, Brisbane, ACT, Adelaide and Hobart in around 3-4 days and Perth is around 5-6 business days. Add another day for regional areas.

Why are your boards so cheap?

Why are other boards so expensive? If you're comparing our prices to a retailer offering boards from US brands, then we are great value.

When you buy a board from a "big name" US brand, half of the price covers their local distributor's margin, the retailer's shelf space and their margin and those glossy ads in the mags.

Our business model allows us to ship direct from the factory to you, eliminating all of that. That's how we are often half the price of similar boards. This is the business model of the future. The same effect is taking place everywhere and it's the consumer who benefits. Our feedback and reviews are more than 99% positive and customers keep coming back because our value for money is unmatched.

Who do you use to deliver your orders?

Our orders usually ship with Australia Post eParcel. Some larger parcels ship with TNT Road Express.

Do I have to be at home to when they deliver?

No. If nobody is home, they'll leave a calling card that you can use to pick up your order from your local Post Office.

It usually works out best to use a shipping address where someone is available during business hours e.g. use your work address if possible, if you won't be home during the day.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we can ship most products to P.O. Boxes. The exceptions are boards and decks longer than 44" and all Mountain Boards (They're too big and the couriers usually won't accept them for P.O. Boxes).

Which payment methods do you accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Electronic Bank Transfer.

How do I pay via Bank Transfer?

Just go to the "Contact Us" button at the top of our page and send us an email. We'll respond with our banking details and get your shipping address and take it from there.

Is it safe to buy stuff on the internet?

Absolutely. Credit card transactions on our site are processed by the eWay payment gateway and encrypted and secured by Geotrust SSL. This means that no financial information is visible online and your purchases are backed by leading ecommerce authorities.

Does your site use secure http to protect my information?

Yes, you'll notice that our website url changes from http:www to https:www when you get to the shopping cart.

Does your website comply with PCI-DSS?

Yes, our site is fully compatible with the latest version of PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

Can I ring you up and give you my credit card details and place an order over the phone?

It is completely safe to enter your credit card detail into our secure payment system, however if you'd prefer to place an order over the phone you can do so by calling 1800 821 415

Do you accept returns?

Yes, if your order arrives and it isn't what you were expecting, then you can send it back to us for a refund. We have three conditions; 1. You have to send it back within 14 days. 2. The product must be unused and in it's original packaging. 3. We don't cover the return shipping costs.

Can I come and pick up my order?

No, we don't do pickups.

Do you sell blank decks?

Yes, we sell blank 31.5" Canadian Maple decks. Go to the "Skateboard Decks" category. We also sell blank longboard decks in 4 different sizes - see the "Longboard Decks" category.

Do you ship to New Zealand, Bro?

Yes, we ship to NZ. Orders are processed in $Aus and delivery is free for complete boards and parts.

Do you ship to any other countries?

No, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
