Would a 7

No they will not get wheel bite because of the shape of the deck with the front and back, with the cut away sections this prevents the wheels from biting. We use 6" and 7" truck sets for this deck.

Shipping was just so fast and the deck is amazing. It was in perfect condition (abit too much bubble wrap though) and it is just too awesome to ride on. Wish the nose was a bit longer as it is a little difficult to do shovits on but other than that rides like a dream.

A great board for general riding. I've tried different bushings and its possible to have a very carvy fun ride or a reasonably stable ride that corners well.
I wouldn't try to go too fast on it but for everything else its a great all rounder
